Ang sinuman o anumang samahang itinatag ayon sa batas na naniniwala sa mga simulain ng Globalpinoy Chamber of Small and Medium Enterprises, Inc. ay maaaring sumapi.
Ang mga nagnanais sumali ay dapat :
  Higit sa labing-walong (18) taon gulang.
  Malinis na pagkatao, at di nasangkot sa kasong kriminal.
  Naniniwala sa mga adhikain at simulain at handang sumunod sa alituntunin
    ng Globalpinoy.

Worldwide Organization

The Globalpinoy Chamber of Small and Medium Enterprises shall be organized everywhere in the world where the are Filipinos. PinoyVIP cards are currently established in the Philippines and Hongkong, and soon in strategic areas in the United States, Singapore, Canada, Australia, Japan, the Middle East, and Saipan.

Organized groups of Filipinos may form Globalpinoy chapter in their area and register its chapter organization to Globalpinoy Chamber of Small and Medium Enterprises by sending the list of officers and members (minimum of 20) and identifying the Chapter office with "Asikasong Pinoy" banner.

Anywhere the chapter is organized, the officers and members are encouraged to arrange for the accreditation of business establishments (especially Filipino businesses or services)  where Globalpinoys may get discounts on products and services that the establishment / business offers.

Globalpinoys chapters shall have its own set of officers. The chapter created by shall have a physical office to accommodate visiting Members.

       The Chapter shall supervise and manage the operation of Globalpinoys in its area including but not limited to the services for the members e.g. Hatid-Sundo sa Airport, Express Regalo and others. The Chapters shall also be entitled to ten (10%) per centum share in the cost of each service program emanating from the Management Team of Globalpinoy. Each chapter is encouraged to undertake its own programs and projects for the development of the chapter including but not limited to the creation of its own cooperative. Incentives for Participating Members:
          To be able to help in the expansion of membership, Participating Members shall be entitled to incentives. Said incentives are given to participating members to serve as their budget in various activities needed for the expansion of the membership of Globalpinoy Chapter.

   In order to update the participating members and chapters on the activities and projects of the Globalpinoys, each participating member and chapter shall possess an unique Email Address where it shall receive the policy updates from the Globalpinoy Management Team.

   To receive the regular updates, each participating member shall send email  to globalpinoys-subscribe@yahoogroups.com. Enrollment to the group shall be approved by the Globalpinoy Management Team.

        GlobalPinoy shall advertise accredited establishments to the members and in the internet website www.globalpinoys.net.  We also allot for each member establishment a free webpage to advertise in the internet.

 For the business establishment owner who may wish to join our program as one of the accredited establishments, give the Letter Offer (Please click "Letter Offer" and choose "Open" to view this document or  "Save this file to disk" to download the document).
